I am looking for a replacement part that is stamped Truth, should I contact you for parts?
Truth Hardware is now AmesburyTruth and can still provide you with replacement parts. However, we do not sell directly to the end-user, so please contact either your window/door manufacturer or one of our distributors.
I don't know what brand of windows or doors I have but will your parts work with all brands?
Our products work with a majority of manufacturers. As we do not sell directly to homeowners, please contact your window or door manufacturer directly or one of our distributors.

If any product manufactured by AmesburyTruth is found to be defective by AmesburyTruth, in its sole judgment, we will, at its option either repair or replace with the same or substantially equivalent replacement for such defective product or refund the purchase price.
