The DualTech top mount Lock is designed to be fully installed in seconds with an innovative quick connection system between the lock and tilt latch. A left hand and right hand tilt latch and lock are offered in three different lengths and are easily installed a fixed distance from the edge of the sash based on the width of your window.  The sash lock has zinc die cast construction for maximum strength and is designed to not compromise the corner sash weld.  It helps the window system meet highest industry standards, like ASTM F588, CAWM 301, DP-50
