TPE bulb weatherseal. T-slot mounted.

Flexible bulb acts as a mechanical seal with little resistance. Conforms to the shape of the sealing surface better than a rigid part. The T-slot base is made from rigid polypropylene which has a superior column strength, allowing for machine/automated insertion.

Compression seal with a reach of .358" for mounting distances of .220" to .270" and a bulb diameter of .270". 

With a backing width of .185" this T-Slot base works in the majority of PVC and aluminum extrusions. TPE bulb composition is an alternative to textile products in adverse environments.
